I have not slept on it yet, it just came today. But I did sit on it and lay down,
so far it's giving everything it promised and promoted. First time ever buying a mattress without actually being in store to try it out first. But the reviews on YouTube and Serta's style and quality were definitely alluring and it's a seriously solid brand. Sitting on it was nice, definitely does not transfer movement so if your partner is there won't disturb them when you move. It's thick and firm yet has some softness. Mines is a firm and it's definitely giving great back support when I laid on my side, it was not to hard.

This is our 2nd Serta mattress. We bought our 1st for our guest room after sleeping on one at in Inn on Nantucket several years ago. All guest comment on it's comfort, so it was a no-brainer to buy one for our Master Bedroom when it was time to replace old one.
One night's sleep and can already feel the diference and didn't wake up with the usual hip pain. Thank you for a wonderful product!

My model is 003567. I didn't see it on the list but put the closest one. The mattress is very thick. My body snugs right into it. Sometimes it's hard to roll over. But it becomes very comfortable when you settle in.

I had high hopes for this mattress. It's more than I've ever spent on one before. I am a side sleeper and for the month that I've had this I wake up every morning with numb hands and sore a sore neck and shoulders. Also aggravates my hip and I wake up hot every night . I'm not sure if I need something with more of a pillow top if the foam just doesn't agree with me.

I was hesitant however after a few days and a week I realized I wasn't tossing and turning. My back wasn't sore. It's soft and firm and not extremely FIRM just right Medium firm. I was concerned about my back problems but this bed I can say I no complaints ? Thank you!!

I don't usually leave reviews but the mattress deserves one. I was icing my back and using a small pillow for support every night. I have had my new mattress 10 days now and have not had to do that once. Gives the support where needed in the pressure points, I hardly move at night now.
